The Office of Financial Advisory of the Puerto Rico Fiscal Agency and Financial Advisory Authority.

What is the source of repayment of the MFA Bonds?

The source of repayment of the MFA Bonds comes from the municipal loans’ portfolio bought by the MFA from the GDB.

Does MFA plan to purchase additional GDB municipal loans?

No, since the GDB ceased to operate as a commercial entity in connection with the Title VI Qualifying Modification for the GDB executed under the Puerto Rico Oversight, Management, and Economic Stability Act (“PROMESA”).
