Doriel I. Pagán Crespo

Executive President of PRASA

Engineer Doriel I. Pagán-Crespo obtained a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering at the Mayagüez Campus of the University of  Puerto Rico in 1991. Pagán-Crespo worked for two years at Johnson & Johnson in San Germán prior to her career at the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA).  

She has worked at several positions within PRASA during the last 30 years, starting as plant  operator and gradually escalating in the organization reaching the position of Regional Director for the North Region in May 2011, VP of Operations in March 2017 and Executive President in February 2020.  

Among the recognitions for her performance, Pagán-Crespo received the Vanguard Woman award from the Puerto Rico College of Engineers and Surveyors for her achievements in the engineering field.  

Pagán-Crespo is the first woman to occupy each of the operational managerial positions within the public corporation.  

Engineer Pagán-Crespo also holds a professional coach certificate with specialization in  esilience.
